PAYMENTS
Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP):
All Ontario residents are required to have an up-to-date health card as proof of entitlement to OHIP covered health care services. The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care covers a wide range of services with exception to services that are not medically necessary. Annual Membership Fee:
For $90, patients can pay an annual membership fee for costs that are not covered by OHIP (e.g. cancellation fees, prescription refills, return to school and work forms, etc.).
Additional Fees:
For non-members, these costs are charged on a case-to-case basis. For example, non-members must pay an additional $25 dollar fee for each appointment cancellation made within less than 24-hour notice. Doctor's notes are an additional $20. These fees are not covered by OHIP and must be brought to the appointment.

Non-Ontario Resident Fees:
Patients who are not covered by OHIP must pay fees on a case-by-case basis before the appointment. It is your responsibility to check with your particular insurance provider that such fees are covered.
